✨Welcome to LuxeWaxBeautyBar , LLC ! ✨ My name is Leslie and I am a licensed Esthetician for about 9 years located in Orange, CT. ____________________________________ RULES & POLICIES: ____________________________________ •The card on file is just to hold your appointment- you have not paid yet nor made a deposit •My #1 preferred payment method is Cash! •I do accept Apple Pay Cash but would have to charge the 6.35% in taxes , if use any credit card or any other payment method , I would have to charge the 6.35% taxes PLUS a 3.5% convenience fee for using a credit card ! •I DO NOT take cash app, venmo or Zelle. •You have to cancel 24 hours ahead of your appointment or it is a 50% of your service late cancellation fee. • Please use a valid card. If you end up having insufficient funds and your card declines you will be banned from booking. •No shows are 100% of your service fee. •Please be no more then 10 minutes late. -After 15 minutes your appointment is considered a no show resulting in a no show fee, which is 100% of your total. •If you NO SHOW once and want to make another appointment, you automatically have to give a deposit before making another appointment! •If cancelling last minute persists, you will have to give a deposit before I can make you another appointment. • NO GUESTS / NO KIDS _______________________________________ _______________________________________ Cannot wait to service you soon!
